Cameron Lake is a spring-fed, 350 acre inland lake and is 55 ft deep at its deepest point. It flows into Cyprus Lake though a tributary that can be accessed by canoe or kayak. The water in Cameron Lake is clean, clear, and much warmer than Lake Huron and Georgian Bay.

The Bruce Peninsula National Park is a “stone’s throw” away, offering the Bruce trail which follows along the cliffs and caves of the Niagara Escarpment. Everyone must experience a hike to the Grotto at least once.
A short 10 minute drive will bring you to the village of Tobermory, where you can find glass bottom boat tours through the Fathom Five National Marine Park – Canadas first Marine conservation area, and the Scuba Diving Capital of Canada! Tobermory also boasts many great restaurants, live music and entertainment, fun eclectic shops, art galleries, scuba and snorkel charters, boat charters, a grocery store and laundromat, liquor/beer store, and post office.
The Northern Bruce Peninsula is a “dark sky” community with two national parks designated by the Royal Astronomical Society as Dark Sky Preserves. This allows for incredible star gazing opportunities. Away from the glow of the city lights you will be amazed by shooting stars and the reflection of the twinkling night sky on the flat, mirror like water of Cameron lake.
